Steve Wagner, President
Steve has over 30 years of financial and operational management experience in public accounting and private industry as well as experience leading several successful companies. He has held leadership positions as President & CEO, CFO, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller in several privately held and publicly traded companies. Since 1998, Steve has successfully served nearly 100 clients while leading a management consulting practice.
Steve’s consulting projects include performing contract CFO services, serving as interim controller, leading profitability improvement projects, securing debt and equity financing, establishing inventory management policies and procedures and the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and executive dashboards. He has worked with a number of private equity and venture capital firms performing financial due diligence, post-acquisition integration and providing financial leadership for their portfolio companies. Steve has successfully led business sales, divestitures of operating divisions and product line rationalization projects. He has also led nearly three dozen risk management engagements, including fraud risk management projects and project management of the management assessment of internal controls required by §404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
In addition, Steve founded a precision machining company, which manufactured components for the aerospace and defense industries and for a variety of OEMs in the agricultural and sports/recreational marketplaces.
